Classes

We are now offering small group Fitness Classes which are listed on our calendar. Sign up is required, along with a fee.  $5 for members, $10 for non-members, per class. Punch-cards available at the front desk for pre-purchase. Please email resolutionfitnessbg.com to be added to the Instructors “sign up Genius” list or contact the instructor directly.

The following category descriptions will help you find what you are looking for in group fitness. Some categories are combined into a single class. Our knowledgeable, friendly and energetic staff will each bring their own flair. Go ahead…try multiple classes or pick the ones that work best with your schedule.

Cardio: These are designed for beginners and pros alike…they’ll get your heart rate up!

Step: A style of cardio that includes moves done on, over and around a step bench. Try not to worry if you don’t know the moves…we have all been there and welcome newcomers.

Kick: A style of cardio that includes many moves involved in kickboxing. Very fun and easy to pick up.

Tone: A lower heart rate class designed to build and tone muscle using body weight resistance and hand weights that are just right for you.

Yoga: If you want to improve your flexibility, range of motion, bring forth awareness and  holistic health.

Silver&Fit®: Silver & Fit Experience is for moderately active older adults who exercise in some way one to two days per week. The class is designed to increase the participant’s flexibility, joint stability, dynamic balance, coordination, agility, reaction-time, muscular strength, and cardiovascular endurance. Zumba: Are you ready to shake yo’ thang? This Latin based workout is highly choreographed and lots of fun. You might even become a better dancer!
