Punch cards are available for purchase at the front desk for your convenience.

What are you looking for in group fitness?
Step / Resistance Training
A cardio-focused class using moves on, over, and around a step bench, balanced with core and strength training. Don’t worry if you don’t know the moves—we’ve all been there, and newcomers are always welcome!
Kickboxing / Core
An upbeat cardio class inspired by kickboxing movements. Great for balance, mobility, core strength, and overall conditioning. Fun, energizing, and easy to pick up.
Strength Endurance
A lower-heart-rate class with a slower tempo designed to build and strengthen muscles using body-weight resistance and hand weights tailored to your ability.
Yoga
Improve flexibility, range of motion, body awareness, and overall holistic health in this calming and restorative class.
Silver&Fit®
Designed for moderately active older adults who exercise two to three days per week. This class focuses on flexibility, joint stability, balance, coordination, agility, reaction time, strength, and cardiovascular endurance.
Free class for eligible members.
SHINE Dance Fitness
A moderate- to high-intensity, dance-based workout set to music. This pre-choreographed class focuses on cardiovascular fitness with added strengthening for a full-body, energizing workout.
Zumba®
Ready to shake things up? This fun, Latin-inspired dance workout is highly choreographed and guaranteed to get you moving—you might even discover your inner dancer!
Our knowledgeable, friendly, and energetic staff each bring their own unique flair. Go ahead—try multiple classes or choose the ones that work best with your schedule.
